Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in small-batch custom lingerie production. You can send us your ideas, sketches, or tech packs, and we’ll help bring your vision to life.
Can you support brand design development?
Absolutely. We have an in-house designer who can assist with creating your own branded collection — whether you're starting from scratch or refining existing concepts.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at 200 pieces per style, with up to three sizes included.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. All products come individually packed in standard OPP bags. Custom packaging is available starting from 100 pieces, and all materials meet environmental compliance standards.
How long does it take to produce samples?
Sample lead time is typically 15–25 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
What’s the production lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production usually takes 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.
Can I receive fabric swatches or samples for inspection?
Yes, we can provide fabric swatches or samples upon request. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a dedicated internal QC team to monitor every stage of production. We also welcome third-party inspections arranged by clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and T/T (bank transfer). Standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Other payment methods may be considered based on order size.
